In this occasion we made a journeys of Team Building with the team of Aceesca.
In the first place we made dynamics of creativity and teamwork to generate a good work climate. From there the workers identified problems of their day to day and we identified the insights of each one of them.
Secondly, we carried out a dynamic of creation of super heroes/heroines that helped to combat the problems previously detected.
Both the previous dynamic and the rest of the activities carried out helped to forge a climate of trust that will help in the realisation of the new projects they intend to carry out.
