Application of Design Thinking in the field of health to redesign the patient experience and communication.
We started the project making numerous in-depth interviews both center professionals and patients. In this way we get valuable information that, after being analyzed, showed us the insights over which to work.
The first insight was the patient experience, which we improved by developing a treatment protocol, selecting a new music and redesigning spaces so that they could transmit the appropriate well-being state.
The other key insight was communication, since the image projected had little or nothing to do with the real one. For this we worked at several levels, starting by defining a company with a new discourse that clearly defines and identifies it and then designing a new corporate image and a communication that reflects it.
