Coinciding with the annual day of analysis of results, we organized with the company a group dynamic activity in order to accomplish the goals of having fun and boost collaboration.
We developed a 3-hour team building group dynamic where we used the Design Thinking methodology and various creative techniques to generate absurd projects by teams, which competed in a final championship whose prize was even more absurd.
The result was a lot of laughter, very good vibes and an unforgettable experience 🙂
