Design and development of 3 Workshops of 6 hours duration to provide the company’s employees with creative techniques for problem solving.
After performing various group dynamics of emotional intelligence and visual thinking, the different groups integrated creativity techniques such as brainstorming or SCAMPER.
Finally, a basic project was carried out to internalize the Design Thinking methodology, and the teams finished the training by presenting their projects and obtaining feedback from the rest of their colleagues.
