Ence is Europe’s leading paper pulp manufacturer and one of the most important in the world. The objective of this project was to improve the wood custody process, from the purchase until to the factory setting of the material.
In order to achieve the goals, we carried out a research on the sector as well as in-depth qualitative research with all the agents in the chain, through discussion groups and in-depth interviews.
With this information we detected a series of insights that we put in common with the company and from here we decided what problems should be tackled.
Next, we organized several co-creation groups, through Design Thinking, with more than 60 employees of the company and we organized multidisciplinary teams to solve the detected problems.
