Consultancy in Design Thinking to redesign, along with the Stratesys’ team, of the employee experience during the process of digital transformation of the company.
After integrating lateral thinking and user analysis tools to the team, we worked in multidisciplinary teams integrated by professionals from the digital, administration, human resources and communication fields and we created solutions for the different employee profiles.
Once the solutions were defined, we applied tools such as transmedia storytelling to communicate them to the final target user.
