In this strategic consultancy we helped the Teimas team to conceptualize new products for waste management from a circular economy approach. This product innovation project was developed from an initial analysis, which was carried out with consumer analysis tools such as the Customer Journey Map or the Empathy Map. In this process we focused on:
-How does the user relate to waste?
-The process of digital transformation in waste management.
After this phase, the different teams carried out a conceptualization of different products, helped by various creative techniques such as moodboard, and ended with the development of a prototype and its corresponding presentation.
