Workshop on Design Thinking focused on HR

Completion of a 6-hour training in Design Thinking specifically applied in the Human Resources field.

The objective of this workshop was for the participants to know all the possibilities of the Design Thinking methodology and to learn how to implement it in Human Resources, by using employee analysis tools (Personas or Employee Journey Maps) and creativity techniques to generate innovative solutions, always with the employee at the center.
